Absolutely. Qualified practitioners can log CPD, write reflections, track HCPC compliance and generate revalidation documents regardless of band or specialisation. Many advanced practitioners use Proven for appraisal preparation too.
Can my Practice Educator sign off forms without an account?
Practice Educators need a free Proven account to sign off digitally — this ensures the signature is authenticated and timestamped. Setting up a PE account takes under 2 minutes.
Does Proven work on mobile?
Yes — Proven is fully responsive and works on any device. Log CPD, write reflections and get forms signed from your phone on shift. A dedicated mobile app is on our product roadmap.
How does the organisation form builder work?

Can I import existing CPD records?
